Objective: The purpose of this school action research is to improve the ability principals carry out academic supervision through managerial with a collaborative approach. This was conducted at Foster Vocational Schools in Bojonegoro Regency. fostered by researchers who serve as supervisors. subjects study were six vocational Taruna Mandiri Ngasem, Association Teachers Republic Indonesia 3 Bojonegoro, Al Kyai Sukosewu, Wali Songo Sugihawaras, Muhammadiyah 6 Kedungadem, and Miftahul Huda Baureno. carried for two months. Method: A approach monitoring evaluation, workshops an activation process that will be aimed finding whether development implementation program, it plans, procedures, or standards have been set assess level achievement effectiveness program has implemented. Results: can principals' performance abilities carrying supervision. results achieved cycle 1 averaged 75.38, 2 average score 92.42 according researcher's target, namely 80 above. With increased supervision, all supervised teachers experience direct positive benefits from Novelty: feel implementing learning schools becomes more qualified, effective, efficient.
